Blue Phantom Ranger
This is the helmet of a fan character I created based on the Boom Studios Power Ranger Shattered Grid, and the original Power Rangers TV series.
The Phantom Ranger is a Billy Cranston from an alternate universe, Billy lost his ability to morph but invented his own Morpher becoming the Phantom Ranger. The Phantom Ranger powers ended up not being enough when Lord Drakkon arrived in his universe, he then combined his original Ranger Coin with the Phantom Morpher to become the strongest Blue Ranger, the Blue Phantom Ranger.
