Specs is a Sentai character I based around the visual motif of glasses.

He works for a spy agency, Optics, that are trying to stop the evil organization VisXion (pronounced vision) from turning the word's population into monsters with the use of their evil VR Goggles.

Specs's powers are based around the idea of being near sighted in one eye, and far sighted in the other. Using a sword in his left hand and a crossbow in the right, representing the respective eyes. The circles on the suit are echoing this motif.
